Location Description

• The establishment is located in the center of Yerevan, at 89 Teryan Street (3-minute walk from the metro Eritasardakan), in the 3rd and 4th floors (elevator is not available).
• There are 6 fully equipped rooms with modern technology (interactive whiteboard, projector, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, desks, and chairs) available for rent, accommodating up to 25 people, as well as a large multimedia library (for 60 people).
You can rent co-working rooms on a daily or monthly basis.
Working hours are from 10:00 to 19:00 on weekdays.

Pricing for one room in case of:

• Daily rental - 3,000 AMD
• Monthly rental - 40,000 AMD
*In the case of this package, room selection is made by agreements of both sides, and others can also rent the same room with you on a shared basis.

Monthly rental:

• One large room (35 sq. m) - 680,000 AMD
• Three medium-sized rooms (20 sq. m each) - 480,000 AMD each
• One small room smaller than the medium-sized rooms (17 sq. m) - 280,000 AMD
• One tiny room (12 sq. m) - 100,000 AMD
*In the case of renting the entire room by a group or an organization, the price will be determined based on the terms of the agreement.

Media Library

You can also rent our media library. The library is equipped with tables, comfortable chairs, a projector, a screen, a computer, a printer, audio equipment with microphones and an internet connection.
It's an excellent venue for various cultural events, such as film screenings, concerts, literary evenings, club meetings, and more. The space of the media library is designed for up to 60 people (57 sq. meters). The rental price will be determined according to the terms of the agreement.
