Institutional relations training for civil servants of Armenian administrations

Since January 2010, following the signing of the Memorandum between the IOF and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, 75 civil servants have been taking French for diplomacy courses each year.

About ten of the best learners are selected after the training to take the DFP exam free of charge, very often with honor.
